DO YOU ACCEPT CASH PAY?

YES. PAYMENT IS DUE AT THE TIME OF SERVICE. 

 

DO YOU TAKE INSURANCE?

YES. MOST OF THE MAJOR CARRIERS. CALL IF YOU HAVE A QUESTION ABOUT YOUR SPECIFIC INSURANCE. We currently do NOT accept Summitt, Total Care, or United Healthcare

 

ARE TELEHEALTH VISITS AVAILABLE?

YES. WE EMBRACE TELEHEALTH. THERE ARE OCCASIONS WHEN FACE-TO-FACE VISITS ARE MORE APPROPRIATE.

 

ARE YOU A SUBOXONE PROVIDER?

YES. THESE VISITS ARE UNIQUE AND REQUIRE UNIQUE SCREENINGS AND MONITORING REQUIRING FACE-TO-FACE VISITS.  THESE  ARE CASH PAY VISITS. 

 

DO I NEED A REFERRAL?

ONLY IN CERTAIN CIRCUMSTANCES WHEN REQUIRED BY YOUR INSURANCE. IT CAN BE FAXED BY YOU PCP TO 870-343-6262. 

 

CAN I KEEP MY CURRENT THERAPIST?

ABSOLUTELY. WE ENCOURAGE YOU TO MAINTAIN THE RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR CURRENT THERAPIST. IF YOU ONLY NEED MEDICATION MANAGEMENT WE WILL WORK WITH YOUR THERAPIST.

 

DO YOU PROVIDE THERAPY?

YES. WE HAVE AND LCSW (THERAPIST) AVAILABLE. SHE IS CURRENTLY ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS. We also refer to other local therapists.
