MYIO APP
The MYIO app will help Communicate with us in the future. Allow you to complete screeners as needed prior to appointments
1. Find and download the MYIO app on the apple store or Google Play Store.
2. Click Create Account on Login page.
3. Enter invitation code provided by clinic
4. Create simple, easy to remember Username and Password!! Device will not remember it.

5. Update information.
**Make sure NOTIFICATIONS are on for app so you will be notified when you get a message.
